Why does it happens?
The situation occurs when there is an interruption in the internet connection at the exact moment that the system verifies this connectivity.
What to do?
1. Close and reopen Promob, as the situation may have been momentary due to internet connectivity.
2. Wait a few moments and open Promob again.
3. If you have access to the Internet correctly and the situation persists, contact Promob Support.
