Manager – Future Delivery

This feature allows the creation of a Future Delivery Purchase Order.

 

Follow the standard process for creating or importing a negotiation.

1. Add the necessary environments and items.

2. When the negotiation is won, if the criteria are met, the option to generate a Future Delivery Purchase Order will be displayed.

IMPORTANT: to ensure proper functionality, pay attention to the necessary criteria:

  • A Future Delivery Order can only be generated once, and it will be automatically released.
  • If other standard purchase orders have already been generated, it will not be possible to create a Future Delivery Order. In this case, the button will be hidden.
  • The Future Delivery Order does not affect the standard negotiation process.
  • If the negotiation is reopened after the Future Delivery Order has been generated, this order will not be deleted or canceled.
