When is it possible to issue a duplicate bank slip?
The duplicate bank slip can be issued directly through the Promob Portal, provided that the order meets the following conditions:
The order has the status Approved and the slip is still within the due date.
In cases of loss of the slip.
When the slip expired over the weekend and was not paid on time.
IMPORTANT: If the slip is expired or the order has the status Canceled, it will not be possible to issue the duplicate. In this case, it will be necessary to generate a new renewal order in the Promob Portal. For more information, click here.
To issue the duplicate payment slip of exchange, do the following:
1. Access the Promob Support Portal, and click on Log In to connect your account.
2. In the Promob Portal, access the Store - Orders.
3. In the listing, identify the order whose payment was made via bank slip.
4. Click the Pay Now button. A sidebar will be displayed with the payment details.
5. In the sidebar, click again on Pay Now to generate the duplicate bank slip.
6. Afterwards, the complete information will be displayed:
1 - Document amount
2 - Due date
3 - Digitable line (with Copy button)
4 - Pix Copy and Paste (with Copy button)
5 - 2nd Copy of the Boleto in PDF available for download and printing
6 - PIX QR Code printed on the PDF

IMPORTANT:
Payment can be made via boleto or Pix.
If payment is made via Pix: the boleto is automatically settled.
