For sheets that have an identical cutting layout, we can use the Sheet Stacking tool. The managers that allow stacking are:
- OSI
- Máxima
- PC5100
- PC6200
- PC7000
- GVision
- Presizing
- CADmatic
- ICut
- InmesCut (version 2.4),
- InmesCut Automatic (version 1.1)
- Ilenia
- MCS Evolution
- MaestroCut
- Maestro Active Cut
- Titanium
- Wincut
- WPS
Each manager has a specific configuration. Below are some example configurations for the ICut, MaestroCut, and Titanium managers:
ICut and Titanium
The calculation made to identify the number of panels that will be stacked at a time is given by the maximum measurement registered, divided by the thickness of the panel (Maximum stacking measure / Panel Thickness).
The maximum ICut and Titanium measurement are 60 mm, so if the panel to be cut is 22 mm thick it will be 60/22 = 2.72. Therefore, 2 panels stacked at a time.
Maestro
The Maestro manager has a limit of 6 panels per stack. Therefore, up to 6 panels will be stacked at a time.
