Builder - Options to send for Cutting integration

Below are all export options for Builder integrations with cutting optimizers: 

 

01 - AMBIENT 

  • Search the information of the name of the 3D Space.

 

02 - BACK BORDER

  • Checks if there is an applied edgebanding (rear face) on the Builder part register, returns 0 if there is no edgebanding and 1 if there is an applied edgebanding. 

 

03 - BACK BORDER COLOR 

  • Search the "Color Description" of the model applied to the Rear Face of the Geometry file. 

 

04 - BACK BORDER HEIGHT 

  • Returns the height of the back edgebanding that is registered on the part. If there is the structure "EDGE", it returns the height of the edgebanding, otherwise, it returns an empty value. 

 

05 - BACK BORDER THICKNESS 

  • Returns the thickness of the back edgebanding, as configured in the 'Thickness' field on the Edgebanding tab of the Builder. *image 

 

06 - BACK BORDER THICKNESS – HEIGHT

  • Concatenates the information of Thickness (BACK BORDER THICKNESS) and Height (BACK BORDER THICKNESS HEIGHT). 

 

07 - BACK BORDER THICKNESS – COLOR 

  • Returns the Thickness and Description information of the Material applied to the Rear Edgebanding.  
    Ex: thickness-material. If no Rear Edgebanding is applied, return the empty field. 
  • Ardis: If no edgebanding is applied, returns the value "-". 

 

08 - CLIENT – PROJECT DATA

  • Returns information from the Client Data or Project Data screen selected when this field is included.

 

09 - CODE

  • Return the part code. The value is generated automatically by the system and is sequential. The starting point can be 0 or 1, depending on the option selected in the Plugin configuration. 

 

10 - COMPANY – COMPANY PROFILE

  • Returns the name of the registered company from the screen Customer Data / Company Data / Name.

 

11 - CUSTOMER – CUSTOMER PROFILE

  • Searches the information on the customer data screen. 
  • Tag: "customer name”.

 

12 - CUSTOMER CODE 

  • Searches the information on the customer data screen. 
  • Tag: "codclient”.

 

13 - DATE

  • Returns the date of generation of the plan. 

 

14 - DEFAULT

  • Returns a Fixed text defined by the user in the Cutting plan configuration. If a value has not been entered, for OttimoPerfectCut returns "default", for the rest, it returns the fixed value "0". 

 

15 - DIM_X_MATERIAL

  • Search the information LARG_MAX on the model name:

16 - DIM_Y_MATERIAL 

  • Searches the information PROF_MAX on the name model:

17 - DRAWING

  • Information generated by Builder. Drawing Code.

 

18 - FIXED TEXT

  • Configured text that can be used in the Plug-in, the registered information will appear. 


19 - MODULE CODE

  • Returns the drawing code of the parent module. It is generated by Builder. 

 

20 - FURNITURE ID

  • Returns the ID_PROMOB of the part's parent module (automatically generated by the system) 

 

21 - FRONT BORDER

  • Checks if there is an applied edgebanding (frontal face) on the Builder part register, returns 0 if there is no edgebanding and 1 if there is an edgebanding applied. 

 

22 - FRONT BORDER COLOR

  • Search the "Color Description" of the model applied to the Front Face of the .Geometry file. 

 

23 - FRONT BORDER HEIGHT

  • Returns the height of the front edgebanding that is registered on the part. If there is the structure "EDGE", it returns the height of the edgebanding, otherwise it returns empty value. 

 

24 - FRONT BORDER THICKNESS

  • Returns the thickness of the front edgebanding, as configured in the 'Thickness' field on the Edgebanding. 

 

25 - FRONT BORDER THICKNESS – COLOR 

  • Returns the Thickness and Description information of the Material applied to the Front Edgebanding.  
    Ex: thickness-material. If no front edge is applied, returns the empty field. 
  • Ardis: If no edge is applied, returns the value "-". 

 

26 - FRONT BORDER THICKNESS – HEIGHT

  • Concatenates the information of Thickness (FRONT BORDER THICKNESS) and Height (FRONT BORDER HEIGHT). 

 

27 - FURNITURE DESCRIPTION

  • Returns the description registered in the parent module. 

 

28 - HEIGTH (X)

  • It searches the information of the width of the part in the 3D space, discounting the Thickness of the Edgebanding, and added the Over Cut (Registered in the Builder Tab). 

 

29 - ID ERP 

  • Code generated by the plan to link to ERP Promob. The code is only generated when the cutting plan is generated via integration plug-in. 

 

30 - LABEL PATH

  • Returns the complete path from the BMP file of the part. 

 

31 - LEFT BORDER

  • Checks if there is an applied edgebanding (left side) on the Builder part register, returns 0 if there is no edgebanding and 1 if there is an applied edgebanding. 

 

32 - LEFT BORDER COLOR

  • Search the "Color Description" of the model applied on the Left Face of the .Geometry file. 

 

33 - LEFT BORDER HEIGHT

  • Returns the height of the left edgebanding that is registered on the part. If there is the structure "EDGE", it returns the height of the edgebanding, otherwise it returns an empty value. 

 

34 - LEFT BORDER THICKNESS

  • Returns the thickness of the left edgebanding, as configured in the 'Thickness' field on the Edgebanding tab. 

 

35 - LEFT BORDER THICKNESS – COLOR

  • Returns the Thickness and Description information of the Material applied on the Left Edgebanding.  
    Ex: thickness-material. If no left edge is applied, returns the empty field. 
  • Ardis: If no edge is applied, returns the value "-". 

 

36 - LEFT BORDER THICKNESS – HEIGHT

  • Concatenates the information of Thickness (LEFT BORDER THICKNESS) and Height (LEFT BORDER HEIGHT). 

 

37 - MATERIAL

It contains the following information: 

  • MATERIAL: information of registered model with this name

38 - MATERIAL CODE

  • Searches the information of the attribute CODE_PLATECUTTING 
  • Item thickness (attribute information (THICKNESS_PLATECUTTING)
  • Description of the MODEL applied

 

39 - MATERIAL NAME

  • Search the information registered in the information of model name MATERIAL

  • Search the reference registered in the applied Model:

  • Searches the information of the attribute THICKNESS_PLATECUTTING 

 

42 - OBSERVATIONS

  • Creates only the remarks column, but must be created manually in the export column 

 

43 - OFFSET IN DIMENSION

  • Returns the value "true" if the item has the over-cut in the dimension 

 

44 - PART DESCRIPTION

  • Search the description registered in Promob's piece. 

 

45 - PART ID

  • Searches for the ID_PROMOB, ID automatically generated by the system.  

 

46 - PART REFERENCE

  • Search for the COMPLETE module reference. 

 

47 - POSITION ITEM

  • Returns the position of the part, "right" and "left". 

 

48 - PROF (Y)

  • It searches the information of the depth of the piece in the environment, discounting the Thickness of the Edge, and adding the Over Cut (Registered in the Builder Tab). 

 

49 - PROG. 1

  • Drill Program Code, generated by Machine Plug-ins. It is only generated when there is the need to generate 2 programs to make the part. 

 

50 - PROG. 2

  • Drill Program Code, generated by Machine Plug-ins. It is only generated when there is the need to generate 2 programs to make the part. 

 

51 - PROG. 3

  • Drill Program Code, generated by Machine Plug-ins. It is only generated when there is the need to generate 3 programs to make the part. 

 

52 - PROMOB-OBSERVATIO

  • Promob Observations 

 

53 - QUANT. ITEM

  • Returns the quantity related to the item, always the text "1". 

 

54 - QUANTITY MATERIAL

  • Returns a fixed text related to the quantity of material. Gplan = "1000" | OptimoPerfect: depends on the material applied | Others: "0" 

 

55 - REFILO DIR

  • Information registered in the Plug-in configuration:

  • Search the "Color Description" of the model applied on the Right Face of the .Geometry file. 

 

62 - RIGHT BORDER HEIGTH

  • Returns the height of the right edgebanding that is registered on the part. If there is the structure "EDGE", it returns the height of the edgebanding, otherwise it returns an empty value. 

 

63 - RIGHT BORDER THICKNESS

  • Returns the height of the right edgebanding that is registered on the part. If there is the structure "EDGE", it returns the height of the edgebanding, otherwise it returns an empty value. 

 

64 - RIGHT BORDER THICKNESS - COLOR

  • Returns the Thickness and Description information of the Material applied on the Right Edge.  
    Ex: thickness-material. If there is no right edge applied, returns the empty field. 
  • Ardis: If no edge is applied, returns the value "-". 

 

65 - RIGHT BORDER THICKNESS – HEIGHT

  • Concatenates the information of Thickness (RIGHT BORDER THICKNESS) and Height (RIGHT BORDER HEIGHT). 

 

66 - SALES ORDER NUMBER

  • Returns the Production order number. 

 

67 - SYSTEM ATTRIBUTE 

  • System Attributes 

 

68 - SYSTEM ITEM REFERENCE

  • System Reference 

 

69 - TOPOLOGY

  • Returns the value: Material Code + Material Reference + Material Thickness 
    ex: 10715 Oak 15 

 

70 - UNIT

  • Returns the value "UN". For Cut Pro, it checks the unit of each item. The Profile, for example, returns M instead of UN. 

 

71 - USED FURNITURE

  • Search the COMPLETE reference of the parent module. 

 

72 - USED FURNITURE ID

  • Concatenates the information of the item REF.MODULE USED and MODULE ID.

 

73 - WOOD GRAIN

  • Returns the shaft direction according to the field of evaluation of the part grain direction
