IMPORTANT: This procedure applies to the Argox 214 Plus and Zebra GC420t thermal printers.
To configure the label image generated in the Cutting Optimizers integration with print quality, we suggest you use the settings described below:
1. Access the Cut Plane – Optimizers Configuration.
2. Select the Labels option.
For the settings, check out the available options below:
Image Settings
Alignment face icon style: determines the style of the face and alignment indicator:
- Standard: standard alignment face indicator displayed on the part and on the label legend.
- Simplified: indicator of the simplified alignment face on the part.
Caption font size (pts): sets the font size used in part dimensions.
Dimensions font size (pts): sets the text size used in part dimensions.
Edge banding indication character in image: character displayed in the label legend informing of the edge with the part.
Height (mm): determines the height of the image.
Line thickness (mm): determines the line thickness of the image.
Monochromatic: if enabled, the image will be sent in black and white mode.
Resolution (DPI): measurement used by printer manufacturers to determine the resolution of the printed image.
Rotation (°): sets the image rotation in degrees.
Unity of measurement: convention used to represent dimensions in Pixels/Points or in millimeters.
Use bold fonts: defines whether the text is generated in bold.

Use the first indicator of edge banding in the edge with the same color as the workpiece: always use the first edge indicator (B1) for the edge with the same color as the workpiece.
Width (mm): determines the width of the image.
