What is a Promob account?
The Promob Account or Promob ID is the combination of an email address and a password used to access all Promob applications, such as Portal, Gallery, Promob, and Manager, for example. Soon all Promob solutions will use the same login, and the user will benefit from this by using only one email and password to access different applications.
Another advantage of the Promob Account is the security when entering username and password data on the login page of the applications, as the data is encrypted with SSL encryption.
Users who already have an address and password to access the Service Portal already have the Promob ID, that is, with the Portal login it is possible to access the other Promob solutions.

With login
To create an account on the Portal:
IMPORTANT: when the user already has the Promob Account, it is only possible to register new accounts on the Service Portal. This option is not available for other Promob solutions.
1. Access the Promob Service Portal.
2. In the upper right corner of the window, click on the current account name and select the option New Account.
3. Enter the registration data and click Save.
4. After saving the Registration Data window, the Account Data window will be displayed. Enter the required information, read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and after accepting them, click on I'm not a robot to authenticate, then click Continue.
5. Check the mobile phone number and click on Send code to (mobile number).
6. Enter the code received via SMS and click on Confirm code. If the code has expired, click on Resend code.
Without login
To create an account on the Portal:
IMPORTANT: when the user already has a Promob Account, it is only possible to register new accounts on the Services Portal. This possibility is not available for other Promob solutions.
1. Access the Promob Services Portal.
2. Click Connect Now.
3. You will be redirected to the login page, click on Create an account.
4. Fill in the requested data and click on Save.
5. After saving the Registration Data window, the Account Data window will be displayed. Enter the required information, read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and after accepting them, click on I'm not a robot to authenticate, then click Continue.
6. Check the mobile phone number and click on Send code to (mobile number).
7. Enter the code received via SMS and click on Confirm code. If the code has expired, click on Resend code.
8. The Portal screen is displayed.
How to manage Portal accounts?
The Promob Service Portal allows the user to view, create, and switch between different accounts quickly and easily.
Access account management
1. Access the Promob Service Portal.
2. In the upper right corner of the window, click on the current account name.
3. The system will display the following options:

| 1 - Current account | Displays the account currently being accessed. |
| 2 - Current user | Displays the name of the logged-in user. |
| 3 - New Account | Allows creating a new account. IMPORTANT: the user who creates a new account automatically becomes the responsible for it. |
| 4 - My Accounts | New access that redirects the user to the My Accounts page, where it is possible to view, create, and switch between accounts. |
NOTES:
When logging into the Service Portal with a user linked to more than one account, the system will automatically access the account set as default.
To change the account in use, click on My Accounts.
My Accounts page
When accessing My Accounts, the user can view, create, and switch between their accounts in a simple and intuitive way.

| 1- Current account | The logged-in account is displayed at the top of the list, highlighted with a border. |
| 2 - New Account | Allows creating a new account. IMPORTANT: The user who creates the account becomes responsible for it. |
| 3 - Search Accounts | Allows searching for accounts using name, trade name, email, or ID. |
| 4 - Switch Account | To switch accounts, just click on the desired card. The system will automatically redirect to the Portal home page, already logged into the selected account. |
