Cutting Plan

1. Fixed the situation where not all parts were allocated correctly in the cut plan. In the examples of the images below, 20 units of the part with dimensions 2100 mm x 40 mm were sent, however, only 7 units were being processed. From this correction, all planned parts are considered in the cutting plan. (2241027)

1. An adjustment was made to the cutting plans involving stacking of pieces with identical dimensions. In the previous version, the system only accounted for the pieces included in the first sheet, failing to properly stack all items. As a result, the information from the first sheet's pieces was being repeated on the Labels and the Cutting List. (2239373)

In the Labels, four labels of the same piece were being generated, instead of two labels for each piece.

In the Cutting List, all lists were showing only the first piece, when the correct behavior would be to generate one list with the first two pieces and another list with the last two.

1. Fixed the situation where, when counting phases for cutting plans with the Grouping option activated, the system was counting two extra phases for this type of cut, as shown in the example in the image below:

1. Enhanced the calculation for fitting the parts into the cutting plane, optimizing the occupation of the sheet and reducing the quantity required for cutting. With this correction, situations that previously generated the cutting plane on two sheets are now generated on just one, when possible.
