The Promob Prices allows the manufacturer to fully manage the margins applied to quotes and orders.
With this feature, it is possible to:
Consult existing margins
Create new margins
Edit values
Remove margins
Control editing permissions for retailers
Access
1. Access Promob Prices.
2. Click on the option Margins.

Register Margins
To create a new margin:
1. In the Margins menu, click on the three dots icon .
2. Select + Add.
3. The Margin Editing screen will be displayed.
Available Fields
Fill in the following information:
4. On the Margin Editing screen, you need to fill in the fields:
Type: Defines where the margin will be applied (Quote or Order)
Identifier: Must correspond to the ID used in Promob
Example: Accessories
Description: Descriptive name of the margin
Order: Defines the sequence of margin application
Tag (Optional): Informative field for categorization. Can be used as a filter in the search
Active: Defines if the margin will be available in the system
Restricted: Prevents the retailer from editing the margin
Operations
Operations define how the margin will be applied.
1. Access Margins.
2. Select the desired margin.
3. Click on Operations.
Add operation
1. Click the + icon .
2. Fill in the fields:
ID: Operation identifier
Description: Name of the operation
Sequence: Calculation order
Operator:
Increase
Discount
Embedded
Multiplier
Divider
Type:
Normal
Compound
Redefinitions
Value: Value applied in the operation

Sharing
Allows defining where the margin will be applied.
How to configure:
1. Access Margins – Select margin - Sharing.
2. Select the destinations:
Group
Store
Serial number

3. Click on Save.
Logs
The Logs tab allows you to track all changes made to the margin.
Available information:
Margin versions
Responsible user
Date and time of change
