What happens?
When using Promob, a red X is shown on the screen.
Why does this happen?
The situation can occur for the following reasons:
1. Failure of the Microsoft .NET Framework component to function;
2. Failure of the graphics functions of the computer's video card;
3. Memory overflow during use;
4. Some requirement necessary for Promob to work is not being met.
What to do?
- Occurs with all designs
Solution 1: Repair Microsoft .NET Framework
1. install and run the software to repair the Microsoft .NET Framework component.
Solution 2: update Windows
1. Ask your IT technician to help you update Windows via Windows Update.
Solution 3: check computer requirements
1. Check that the computer's video card meets the minimum requirements indicated by Promob for the software to work correctly and that the video card driver is up to date.
2. Check that there is enough disc space to run Promob and other Windows applications.
Solution 4: open a request to Promob
1. Open a request to the Promob Call Centre to have the situation checked.

Solution 1: close and open Promob
1. Close the design in question and open it again.
