Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the user logged into Windows does not have the necessary permissions to record the information registered in the Promob Customer Data screen.
What to do?
Solution 1: run as administrator
1. Run Promob as administrator;
2. If the situation is resolved, request the assistance of a computer technician you trust, so that he can configure Windows administrative permissions.
Solution 2: adjust the system
1. Open a request to Promob Support reporting the situation and explaining the procedures already performed.
