What happens?
When accessing Decore Online and inserting the decorations into the environment, these items were in green and not loaded into the 3D environment.
Why does it happens?
The situation can happen because the cache is corrupted or there is a blockage from 3rd party software.
What to do?
Procedure 01 - Delete cache
1. In the right upper corner of Promob, click to Logout the user;
2. The message appears, click Yes, as shown in the image below;
3. Access Local Disk C:\ProgramData\Procad. If you don't find the ProgramDate folder, you will need to show the hidden folders, for more information see the article Support - View hidden files and folders;
4. Rename the folder Promob.Catalog3D, adding the underline ( _ ) in front of the name _Promob.Catalog3D;
5. Rename the folder Promob.Catalog3Dv2, adding the underline ( _ ) in front of the name _Promob.Catalog3Dv2;
6. Open the Promob and test the situation again.
Procedure 02 - Verify Installed Applications
1. Open the Control Panel of your computer, go to Programs > Programs and Features;
2. In the list of installed applications, check for the following applications: Bytefence, SAntivirus, Segurazzo or WebAdvisor from McAfee;
3. Please uninstall the applications found with the names identified above, after uninstalling restart your computer;
4. Open Promob and input the decoration into the environment again through Decore Online, to test the situation.
Procedure 03 - Verify the Internet connection
1. Restart your internet modem or try connecting your computer to another network to test the situation again.
