Through the Design Details tab you can check information that was previously registered about the selected project.
To do this:
1. Go to Home, on the Design tab, select the project you want to check the information on. On the right side, you will see the Design Details tab.

Information tab
The information displayed under Design Details is:
In the Information tab, check the information regarding the project:
Name: This consists of the name of the client and the environment selected at the start of the project.
Project type: the type of project registered at the moment of creation. For the Project type field, we have the following possibilities for completion:

- Main: Used in most cases when only one project has been done for the customer or this is the customer's preference file.
- Option: Should be used when option projects are created for the client. Click here to learn more about option projects.
- Technical Assistance with Charging: Should be used when this project is a technical assistance for another project previously created. In this case there will be a charge for the client.
- Technical Assistance without Charge:Should be used when this project is a technical assistance for another project previously created. In this case there will be no charge to the client.
Situation: is the situation in which the project is at the moment, which can be:

- In Progress: Used to indicate that the project is in progress or that project negotiation is in progress. It can be used for any type of project mentioned above. In this case, it is important to provide a delivery forecast.
- Lost:Used when the negotiation with the client has not been finalized and there is no possibility of resuming it. It can be used with any type of project. In this case it is necessary to inform the reason for the lost sale.
- Suspended:Used when the client's negotiation was interrupted for a certain period. In this situation you must inform the project's delivery forecast.
- Converted:Used to indicate that the sale of the project has been completed. Must be used with Project Types: main, technical assistance with charge and without charge.
- Dismissed:Used to indicate that the version generated by the client should not be considered in the indicators. Must be used in conjunction with Option project type.
- Finished:
Stage: assign a stage to the project.

- Prospecting: Stage where the customer is still considered a prospect.
- Design: Used when the designer has the project under development.
- Presentation: When you generate a render in Promob and attach it to the project, this status is changed automatically, as this is an indication that the project is ready for presentation to the client.
- Budget: When you generate a budget in Promob and also attach it to the project, this status is changed automatically.
- Negotiation: This is used when the project budget has already been presented to the customer, and is now being negotiated.
- Documentation: With the project ready, when you generate technical documentation and attach it to the project, this status is changed automatically.
- Contract: Stage where the sales contract is being made with the customer.
- Order: With the contract ready the order is being sent to manufacturing.
- Delivery: Stage where the project is delivered to the client.
- Assembly: Stage where the assembly of the project is happening.
- Buy:
- Production: stage where project production is taking place.
Space: select which environment the project belongs to.
Prev. Closing: Enter the expected closing date of the order.
Prev. Delivery: Enter the expected delivery date for the project.
Created on: is automatically filled in with the date and time when the project was created.
Modified on: is automatically filled in with the date and time when the project was last modified.
User: is the name of the customer, it is available from version 2.0.80 of Connect.
Serial number: starting with version 2.0.80 of Connect, the serial number of the person responsible has been added, and the serial number is that of the last person responsible, that is, the last person who made changes to the project.
Notes: If necessary, enter notes about the project.
Options tab
In the Options tab, you can create options for the selected project. For more information, click here.
History tab
In the History tab, the upload of projects is displayed with the creation date of the version, responsible person, and serial number.
Worker tab - Manufacturer
The Worker tab was developed for manufacturing users who have Promob Worker, to facilitate sending projects to it.
IMPORTANT: the Worker tab is displayed only for manufacturers who have Promob Worker and who request its activation. To activate it, it is necessary to request it directly from the relationship executive and even so, the Promob Worker subscription must be present in the same Portal account of the user logged in to Promob.
Following the above requirements, view the description of each information on the tab:
Submitting designs to Worker
This tab contains the following information:
Submit button: by clicking this button, the project is sent to Promob Worker. If the button is inactive for selection, it means that the project has already been submitted.
Current status: after sending the project to the Worker, the system shows the current status of sending to the Worker, as follows:
- Waiting – displayed when the project has been sent to the Worker but has not yet been processed;
- Processing – displayed when the project is being processed by the Worker;
- Finished – Displayed when the project has been finished in Worker
- Error – displayed when the project was processed by the Worker, however, some unexpected situation occurred. In this status, the Submit button becomes active again.
History: In this field, the history of all Worker statuses is displayed.
Envio de projetos para o Worker
Nesta aba, contém as seguintes informações:
Botão Enviar: ao clicar neste botão, o projeto é enviado ao Promob Worker. Caso o botão fique inativado para seleção, significa que o projeto já foi enviado.
Status atual: após enviar o projeto para o Worker, o sistema mostra o status atual de envio para o Worker, sendo:
- Esperando – exibido quando o projeto foi enviado para o Worker, mas ainda não foi processado;
- Processando – exibido quando o projeto está sendo processado pelo Worker;
- Finalizado – exibido quando o projeto foi finalizado no Worker
- Erro – exibido quando o projeto foi processado pelo Worker, porém, alguma situação inesperada ocorreu. Nesse status, o botão Enviar volta a ficar ativo.
History: neste campo, o histórico de todas aos status do Worker é exibido.
Resend Project to Worker queue
Available as of version 2.1.36 to Connect
In the Design Details tab on the fifth icon, the Submit button has been enabled, which allows resending of the project, even if the Current Status is Finished.
Instructions how to use the tool:
1. Select the project;
2. Check that the Current Status is Finished;
3. If the status is finalized, the Send button is enabled;
4. Click the Send button, and the confirmation message will be displayed;
5. Click the Yes option, and the message window will close;
6. After these procedures, the project is sent back to the Worker, and its status will be updated to Waiting;
7. If you click No, the message window is closed, and the Current Status remains as Finished.
Removing Project from the Worker queue
In the Design Details tab on the fifth icon, a button has been added that allows the removal of the project from the Worker queue. The tool will only be enabled if the Current Status is Waiting or Processing.
Instructions how to use the tool:
1. Select the project;
2. Click the Send button;
3. Check that the Current Status is Waiting or Processing, for the icon to be enabled;
4. Click the icon to delete the project.
Purchase Orders tab
As of version 2.1.30 of Connect, the Purchase Orders tab is available, where the list of the purchase orders created in 2020 Manager is displayed.
The following information is displayed:
- Name of the order and its respective number.
- Responsible person who generated the purchase order.
- Date on which the purchase order was generated.
- Supplier purchase order number.
IMPORTANT: The purchase orders tab is only available when Promob has the Store tab available.
