To comply with the new GDPR data protection law, two Mooble features have been added: registration of new links in the privacy policy, and cookie settings.
Registration of new links
In Partnership registration, you can now add links to Partnership's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which will overwrite Mooble's default links.
1. Access the Partnership Registration:
2. Locate the Partnership you want to include the new links and click Edit.
3. Select Privacy Policy.
4. Enter the new links in their respective fields, and click Save.
IMPORTANT: when Mooble is accessed through partnership, if the fields are filled in, all the Policy, Privacy and Terms of Use links will be overwritten to the links informed in the registration. Otherwise, the default Mooble links will be used.
Cookies Setting
The user now has the possibility to configure the permissions for Cookies, more specifically, to allow or not to use them.
On the cookie warning screen, you now see three options: Allow All, Disable All, and Update Preferences.
- Allow all: The user allows the use of all cookies.
-
Disable all: the user rejects the use of cookies relating to Analytics. Cookies essential for the functioning will remain in use;
-
Update Preferences: a new screen will appear with an information about cookies and storing data to improve the user experience. Just below the text is the information that essential cookies will always be active, with the option to disable the use of Analytics. Below that, the user can confirm their choice by clicking the Confirm button, or they can disable it by clicking Reject All.
IMPORTANT: The user's choice will be saved, and it will not be necessary to inform it again in future accesses to Mooble. It is important to point out that the preferences will be saved by partnership, that is, if the user accesses Mooble through different partnerships, he will have to inform his preferences again.
