When it is necessary to delete login, activation, and cache files from Promob, you can use the Reset files feature in Promob. To do this:
1. Access the Help menu - Reset Files in the top bar of Promob.
2. Close Promob as instructed in the displayed message.
3. Click on Reset files:
4. Confirm the action by clicking Yes:
5. A message saying Files reset successfully! will be displayed. Click OK.
6. Open Promob again.
