The designer can insert a list of the items that were used in the design using the List tool. To include the listing of items in the printout:
1. After insert a viewport click the Listing button on the side toolbar;
2. The listing insertion wizard window is displayed. The configuration steps are:
1. 3D Ambient Selection;
1. Selection of the design to generate the listing: if the design has more than one 3D space, select the design for which you want to display the list of items;
2. Selection of item libraries: select the item groups to be displayed in the list. To make selection easier, use the Select All and Select None buttons;
3. Viewport selection: if the print page has more than one viewport, select the viewport that will have the list of items displayed;
4. List only calculated items: displays in the list only the calculated items of the design;
5. List items placed behind the wall (not visible): displays in the list the items placed behind the wall, which are not visible in the viewport;
6. List inserts: displays in the list the inserts of the modules of the design;
7. Process repeated items: process repeated items of the design;


2. Table Customization
1. Header: click the button to define the font, style, size and effects of the list header font. Check the Background Color option to enable the selection and color window;
2. Rows: click the button to define the font, style, size and font effects of the listing information. Check the Background Color option to enable the selection and color window. Check the Alternate Rows option to define a second color option;
3. Preview: displays the result of the settings above;


3. Items Selection
1. Selection of information: select the item information to be displayed in the listing. The selected options are saved for later generation of new listings. Check the Comments option to create a new column. Type the text in the column for the items in the listing. Observations inserted through 3D space will not be changed;
2. To restore: applies the original settings of the listing. The changes made are not saved;
3. List Printing Items: displays the selected columns;
4. Items Excluded from Printing Listing: displays items excluded from printing listing. To remove the items from print listing, click the box in the Print column. To add items to the list again, click the box in the Print column;
3. TIPS:
1. Insert item in the listing: position the mouse on the last line (blank line) of the listing and click on the box in the Print column. To remove the inserted row, click the box in the Print column.
2. Set order of listing columns: the order can be defined by selecting the columns or by dragging the mouse (click on the column title and drag to form the desired order);
3. Set order of listing information: click on the column title to define ascending or descending order to display the information;
4. Click Finish. To insert the list of items on the print screen, click on a location on the page to define the beginning of the text box. Move the mouse without pressing. Click on another location to set to finish inserting the list of items.
