You can insert a list of the items used in the project using the List tool on the print page.
To include the item listing in the printout:
1. After inserting a viewport click the Listing button on the side toolbar.
2. On the Insert Wizard screen of the displayed listing, make the following settings:
List Configuration
Groups
- 3D Ambient: If the project has more than one 3D environment, select the environment for which you want to display the item list;
- Selecting item libraries: select the item groups to be displayed in the list. To make the selection easier, use the Select All and Deselect All buttons;
- Only visible items in viewports: If the print page has more than one viewport, select the viewport that will have the item list displayed.
List only calculated items: displays only the budgeted items of the environment in the list;
List items placed bahind the wall ( not visible): displays in the list the items behind the wall, which are not visible in the viewport;
List inserts: displays the inserts of the environment modules in the list;
Process repeated items: displays the repetitions of the environment modules in the list. IMPORTANT: Starting with Promob version 5.60.16.86, the Observation field (Tools - Properties) is now also considered when joining items when processing the repetitions in the list or not.
Table Customization
- Header: click the Details button to set the font, style, size, and effects of the list header font. Check the Background Color option to enable the selection and color window;
- Lines: click the Details button to set the font, style, size and font effects of the listing information. Check the Background Color option to enable the selection and color window. Check the Alternate Rows option to set a second color option;
- Preview: displays the result of the above settings.
Item Selection
- Information selection: select the item information to be displayed in the listing. The selected options are saved for later generation of new listings.
IMPORTANT: Check the Comments option to create a column. Enter text in the column for the list items. Notes entered through the 3D environment will not be changed;
- Restore: Applies the original settings from the list. The changes made are not saved;
IMPORTANT:
Insert item in the listing: place the mouse on the last line (blank line) of the listing and type the information to be displayed. To remove the inserted line, select the line for the item you want to remove and press the Delete key;
- Define order of listing columns: the order can be defined by dragging the mouse, by clicking on the column title and dragging to form the desired order.
After the settings are made, click Finish. To insert the list of items in the print screen:
1. Click in a location on the page to set the start of the text box, move the mouse without pressing. Click in another location to set the end of the item list insertion.
Update Listing
When you Update the listing, the listing is regenerated based on the changes made in the 3D environment.
