To register options for sending the budget:
1. Click on the Registry - Budget - Send To menu
2. The system default options of Send To are displayed when accessing the Editor window. To add a new send option, right-click on Send To Options - Add new Send To option and select the desired option.
3. Perform the settings according to the quote submission options:
Send to Text File and Send to XML File
Send the budget to the Connect tool
Send to Text File and Send to XML File
Main Fields
- ID: enter the sending option ID.
- Description: enter the description of the sending method to be displayed in the budget window.
- Layout XSL: click the Find button
to select the XSL file for the upload option.
- Category: click the Find button
to select the budget types for which the sending option will be available.
- File: inform the directory and the default name of the file to be saved.
Show save dialog: defines whether the Save As window is displayed or not.
Can change the file name: defines whether or not the user can change the name of the generated file. - Can change the file path: defines whether or not the user can change the default file saving path.
- Remove accents: defines whether or not the file name and content accents are removed.
- Allow file name with blanks: defines whether or not the file name can be saved with blanks.
- Need to save the project: defines whether the project needs to be saved or not to send the information.
- Can process with items not available: defines whether or not the information will be generated if the project has unavailable items
- Encoding: Select the encoder of the file to be generated
- Sort by: Select the option by which the file information will be sorted.

- Executable path: defines the executable of a program, which will be executed after the file is generated, being passed as a parameter for the executable, the generated file
- Previous parameter: a parameter that will be added before the file parameter.

Send to E-mail and Send to FTP

Send to Package
A package is a Send to collection. It is possible to configure a package to send to file and also by email, for example. When selecting Send To - Package, a compressed folder containing the files will be saved as configured.
To add the package options, right click on the Package option and then on Add new Send To option. Select the desired option and make the necessary settings.

Sending the budget to Connect tool
As of version 2.0.60 of the Connect tool, it is possible to send the budget to the Connect Database. For this, the option Save the design must be checked. Review the settings for the options above.
When requesting the budget submission, the Promob user will identify a Connect Upload screen and after that, he will request the budget save location:
In the option Send To Package, it is necessary to keep the option Attach project checked to send the project together with the txt file to the Connect Database. Review the Send To Package option setting above.
