The mirror function is intended to create a new mirrored feature from an original position. This function is only available for holes and slots.
Operation
To mirror holes or slots, go to the Builder tab.
1. Click the Mirror button.
2. Click on the feature you want to mirror (hole or tear).
3. On the Edit tab located on the right, choose the desired mirroring function.
4. Click the Mirror button.
Slot Mirroring
Mirroring slots can be performed in two ways, depending on slot placement.
EXAMPLE:
Vertical slot: mirroring on the X axis.
Horizontal slot: mirroring on the Y axis.
Slot Mirroring
Mirroring slots can be performed in three ways, on the X, Y, or XY axes.
X axis mirroring: If the option selected is X, a slot will be generated at the same point in X and the Y value will be mirrored.
XY axis mirroring: If the option selected is XY, a slot will be generated mirroring the value of X and Y.
Y axis mirroring: If the option selected is Y, a slot will be generated at the same point in Y and the value of X will be mirrored.
