Through the menu Registry - Budget - Send To it is possible to configure the Send To option that should be available in each budget.
Below, follow real procedures.
How to register options for sending the budget?
The Catalog allows some variables to be used so that a reference from the customer data is used as the file name when sending to.
1. To change the file name, access the Registry - Budget - Send To menu.
2. Select one of the sending options (text file, XML file, E-mail, FTP, or package).
3. In the File field, use one or more variables listed below. The file will be saved with the information for the variable used.

|#SAVEFILENAME#||Saved *.promob file name.|
|#PROJECTNAME#||Nome do projeto ao qual o ambiente orçado pertence. Ex: Cozinhas.|
|#AMBIENTNAME#||Name of the budgeted space. Ex: Suggestion.|
|#PROJECTAMBIENTNAME#||It joins the name of the design and the budgeted space. Ex: Kitchens-Suggestion.|
|#PARENTSENDTOFILENAME#||File name being immediately superior if any.|

Send .promob file
With the Send File option enabled, when sending the Quote, the user can send, in addition to the XML with the information, the Promob file of his project.
1. Select the Need save project option, and then select Attach Project.
IMPORTANT: The Attach Project option is available for selection only when the Need to Save Project option is selected.
So when the user accesses Budget - Send To and selects a file, a .zip file containing the budget file and the .promob of the project will be sent.
