The Profile Report displays the profiles that are present in the 3D space. To generate it, the profile item must be a Purchased Item and have the attributes PERFIL_DRAWING, PERFIL_ANGLE_ALFA, PERFIL_ANGLE_BETA and PERFIL_OBSERVATION registered.

Registration
To generate the profile report, it is necessary to register the following attributes:
- Profile Alfa
- Profile Beta
- Profile Drawing
- Profile Observation
Description of attributes
ATTRIBUTE | VALUE |
PROFILE_DRAWING | Identifies whether the profile will be displayed in the Profile Report. Values: True/False |
PROFILE_ANGLE_ALFA | Cutting angle value of the left side of the profile, which can be positive, negative or zero. |
PROFILE_ANGLE_BETA | Cutting angle value of the right side of the profile, which can be positive, negative or zero. |
PROFILE_OBSERVATIONS | Note for the item that will be displayed in the Observation column. |
In order for the profile to be displayed in the report, perform the procedures below:
- Locate the Profile record that is a purchased item;
- Add the PROFILE_DRAWING attribute with a value of True;
- Add attributes for angles and observations.
Cut angle
The cut angle value will vary depending on the profile type. If the profile cut is straight, the cutting angle will be 0 (zero).
If the profile cut is at an angle, as in Profile 45, for example, the angle measure for the profile cut must be considered, respecting the definition through the reference image.

Length
The length displayed in the profile report comes from the length attribute registered in the item. If the item that has the PROFILE_DRAWING attribute does not have the length attribute, the value will be searched in the parent item.
In cases where tips are applied to the assembled profile, this length attribute already calculates the discount on the profile length for placing the tips. In this way, it displays the correct value for the profile cut.
EXAMPLES:
- Item with PROFILE_DRAWING attribute: it does not have the LENGTH attribute. In this case, it will get that information from the parent item.
- Parent item: This item has the LENGTH attribute and the value already discounts the tips. The parent item has both aggregates, tips and the profile.
Thus, the values of the Profile Report and Material Purchase Report may have different values:
In the Profile Report, the length of the profile to be cut is 292.5mm, while in the Report for Purchasing Materials it displays the length of 296.5 mm.
This occurs because, in the Profile report, the length information, which comes from the attribute, is taken from the parent where the profile length is considered the mounted one, discounting the two tips. In the Material Purchase Report, the displayed value is for the purchased item itself, which has no end caps, hence the value of 296.5 mm.
Profile Image
The profile image will be displayed according to the position defined in the Assembly Documentation.
If the profile image displayed in the Report is not the desired one, it is possible to change it through the Assembly Documentation on the Builder tab, for more information click here.
