The File - Open menu enables you to manage projects created in the section plane, update the status of projects, and delete them as needed.
Types of Projects
Improvement available from version:
- Cut Pro: 1.2.4.4
In the list of projects to the right of its description, an icon is displayed, which defines whether the project type is a simplified project, which was developed in Simplified mode or a complete project, which was developed in Complete mode.
When you hover your mouse over the icon, the full description of the project type is displayed.

To update Project Status
1. Click on the Status tab in the project line.
2. Define the project situation.
By default, the situations are:
- No associated flow
- Not initialized
- Planning
- Production
- Canceled
- Finished
NOTE: Situations change when using the Editor plugin based on the flow of operations that the user registered.
To filter projects by keyword
1. Click on the search bar.
2. Type in the desired keyword and confirm by clicking on the Loupe or pressing Enter on your keyboard.
IMPORTANT: The filter is applied taking into account the Project Name, Client Name, Status and Project Note information.
To open projects
There are three ways of openings:

1. Double-click on the desired project.
2. Click on the project name.
3. Click on the customer's name.
Remove Projects
For removal of projects, you can remove them individually, such as removing multiple projects or deleting by date.
To remove a single project
1. Click once on the desired project.
2. Click the delete icon in the project line.
3. Click on Yes.
To delete multiple projects

Are two different commands:
1. When you want to select projects that are not in sequence from the project list:
- With Ctrl pressed, click once on all projects you want to delete.
- Click the Delete Selected option.
- Confirm removal.
2. When you want to delete a project's sequence.
- With Shift pressed, click on the first project you want to select, and then click the last project you want to delete.
- Click on the Delete Selected option.
- Confirm removal.
To delete projects by date:
1. Click on the Delete by date option.
2. Choose the deadline project to be removed. In this case, only projects created up to the informed date will be considered.
3. Select the status of the projects to be deleted.
Here's an example where the filter indicates that all projects created before 11/30/2019 will be removed:

To delete empty projects
Empty projects are projects that have no items inside.
1. Click Delete empty projects.
2. Read the displayed message carefully, and select Yes to delete the projects.
IMPORTANT: Deleted projects cannot be recovered after deletion.
3. If there are no empty projects to be deleted, the following message will be displayed:
