Edge banding height registration is required to inform the height of the edge banding to be used. Being necessary for the registration of models of edge banding.
In addition, this information will be useful for the composition of the model reference, since one of the information that makes up the references is the height of the edge banding.
In this register, two information will be registered:
Name: The name of the edge banding height for identification. Example: 15mm
Code: The code for the height of the edge banding, this information should be composed only of numbers and a maximum of three digits. In addition, the code represents the nominal height of the edge banding. Example: 15

Edge banding height registration - New Registration
To register a new edge banding height:
1. Access Models - Edge banding height registration.
2. On the Edge Band Height Register screen that opens, enter the name, value and unit of measurement.
- The value entered will represent the nominal height of the edge band.
- The Unit of measure field displays a combo box with all available unit of measure options.
- It is possible to register sheet height with different measurement units.
3. After completing the registration of the height, click Save.
4. The new height will be displayed on the main screen, along with the other heights already registered.
The registered height table will display the following columns: Name, Thickness Value, Unit of
measurement and Conversion to mm. The last column displays the registered height value, Converted to mm according to the selected measurement unit.
IMPORTANT: conversion of height value to mm cannot be 0 (zero)
An alert message is displayed if there is already a height registered:
- With the same name;
- With the same value and unit of measure.
Edge banding height registration - Edit Registration
If it is necessary to change any information of a height already registered:
1. Access Models - Edge banding height registration.
2. The screen will open with the heights previously registered. Select the height you want to edit and click edit.
3. Make the necessary changes and then click Save.
4. The information has already been changed.
Edge band height register – Delete Register
If necessary to delete a registered height:
1. Access Models - Edge banding height registration.
2. The screen will open with the heights previously registered. Select the height you want to delete and click Delete.
3. The screen to confirm the deletion will open. Check the Yes option to exclude the height.
4. The height has been removed.
