When the printer Generic / Text Only – Argox does not print labels or displays the following error message:

Follow the steps below to fix the problem:
1. Check if the printer ports are configured correctly
Open the Printers and Scanners screen on the computer. Click on the already installed Argox printer, and select the option Manage;
Click on Printer Properties ;
Go to the Ports tab and check if the options COM3 and USB001 are selected. Then click apply and OK;
2. Restart the printer
Turn off the printer and wait 10 seconds;
Turn the printer back on;
Press the Feed button on the printer (located on the printer itself) until it starts printing a page with information.
Try printing again to check if the printer is correctly configured.
