IMPORTANT: The functionality demonstrated below is not available for some versions of Promob Connect.
Some Promob subscriptions, upon manufacturer's authorization, have the functionality to view information such as: projects, notifications, and achievement charts in all Promob subscriptions in the account. To perform this procedure:
1. With Promob open, on the Connect screen, click on Filters.
2. The Filter Store Projects screen appears. The projects grid is displayed with the information of all Promob subscriptions contained in the respective account, according to the filters applied in the settings.
Settings
Status: only designs according to the selected status are shown.
Show only my designs: ticking this option shows only the designs created by your user.
Show only designs with my serial number: ticking this option shows only the designs created with my serial number. IMPORTANT: designs created on other machines but with my serial number will also be shown.
Show only designs from this Promob: with this option ticked, only designs made with the same distribution are shown.
Visibility: set whether public or private designs are shown. IMPORTANT: leaving the Visibility field unchecked shows all the user's public designs and those of others who are public on the same account, as well as the user's private designs. For more information click here.
Tags: you can enter tags that the design has in its details.
Start date and End date: define the period between dates when the designs were created.
Save my filters: by ticking this option, the preferences are saved locally, and on subsequent launches, the saved filters are automatically applied to the list of designs. IMPORTANT: if this option is unchecked, the preferences saved locally will be removed, and on the next launches the designs to be shown will be listed using the default filter.
Restore Filter: restores the preferences applied in the settings made above.
NOTE By default when opening Promob, if there are no previously saved filters, the Show only designs with my serial number and Show only designs from this Promob filters will be ticked.
