Available from version 1.2.6.2 of Cut Pro
It is possible to save settings and the database by creating a zip copy of the Cut Pro file.
To do this:
1. locate the Help menu.
2. Click on Save All.
3. Select the desired location to store the file and click Save.
4. And the .zip file is generated.
IMPORTANT:
- To use it as a backup, it is necessary to extract the data and replace the existing Cut Pro folder in the Procad folder. In this case, it's important to note that the data is overwritten, meaning that the data in the folder being replaced will be lost.
- To send it to support, it is not necessary to perform a data extraction.
- If the generated file size exceeds 5 MB, the file must be sent by WeTransfer. For more information on attaching and sending files through WeTransfer, click here.
