Territorial criteria: In Brazil, courses must be recognized by MEC or linked to SISTEC. For institutions located outside Brazil, Promob Student is intended exclusively for undergraduate students, subject to Cyncly's analysis and validation. |

Important information
- The request must be made exclusively by the student or teacher themselves, using their CPF (Brazil) or NIF/equivalent document.
- Submitting supporting documentation is mandatory.
- Release is conditioned on the validation of documentation and program requirements.
- The review period is up to 72 business hours after all steps are completed.
- If the course is completed before the license expiration, access will end on the academic link completion date.
- The maximum usage period is 3 years, considering all licenses granted to the same user.
- Access may be canceled in case of misuse, inconsistent information, or loss of academic link.

About the EAD Academic Track
- When applicable, purchasing the EAD Academic Track is mandatory for license release.
- Purchasing the Track does not guarantee license granting. If the applicant does not meet the criteria after review, the software will not be granted.
- Access to the Track will be maintained, allowing course completion and certification.
How to request access
Step 01
Access the Promob Service Portal and find the Cyncly Edu Academic Program option.
Step 02
Fill out the request form with your personal and academic information.
Submit supporting documentation of your academic or teaching link.
Step 03
When applicable, purchase the EAD Academic Track.
Step 04
Your request is reviewed within 72 business hours after completing all steps.
Step 05
License granted! Access Promob Student and start creating your projects.

STEP 01
1. Access the Promob Service Portal.
2. In the sidebar, click on the Student menu.
STEP 02
3. A screen will appear containing Product Details, Regulations, and Technical Information. Read these details and click Request.

4. Select the Course Type and upload your Enrollment Proof.
5. If the regulations for your course authorize free use of Promob Student, a confirmation message will be displayed:

If the regulations for your course require purchasing the EAD Academic Training Track, you will be redirected to the order completion and payment step.

STEP 04
After receipt, Promob will validate the data and verify the enrollment request.
The review and license release occur within 72 business hours after all necessary steps are completed.
STEP 05
6. If everything is in order, an email will be sent with installation information and the serial number.
