Check below the process to request student access in Promob.
1. Access the Promob Service Portal;
2. Select the Student menu.
3. The option Do you attend an affiliated educational institution? is displayed
If yes, select the corresponding option, choose the educational institution from the list, and click Proceed.
If not, select the corresponding option, then choose an Educational Institution from the predefined list that will be displayed. After that, click Proceed.
4. A screen containing the Product Details, Regulations, and Technical Information is displayed. Read this information and click Request.
5. Select the Course Type and upload the Enrollment Proof.
6. After clicking Finish Request, a confirmation is displayed on the screen.
7. Check your inbox for an email confirming the submission of the request.
8. After receipt, Promob will validate the data and verify the enrollment request. If everything is in order, access will be granted within up to 72 hours. An email will be sent with installation information and the serial number.
