New Promob - Promob Interface

Know how the main interface of Promob is divided:

System Selection Screen

When you start Promob Catalog, the system selection screen is displayed, allowing the user to choose which version of the software they want to access.

On this screen, the following information is displayed:

1. System: Name of the version of Promob installed, such as Start Labs.
2. Directory: Path where the system is installed on the computer.
3. Last access: Date and time of the last use of the system.
4. Language: Option to select the software display language.

In addition, the user can add or remove installed systems as well as open the selected version or exit the program.

Menu bar

In this bar, it is possible to locate all of Promob's tools and options, divided into menus.

 

 

File Menu

The File menu displays the main tools needed to create documents, such as:

• New Design
• Save
• Save as New Option
• Printing area
• Import/Export
• Promob References Settings
• Transfer Assistant
• Preferences
• Update Promob
• Quit

 

 

 

Edit Menu

The Edit menu offers several essential tools for developing a design, such as:

• Copy Material Color or Change the Color Tone of a Material
• Wall/floor adjustments
• Geometries
• Design Visualization and Selection Modes
• Cabinet Builder
• Tamponing
• Duplicate/Group or Ungroup Items
• Positioning of items
• Calculate Length
• Exploding Modules
• Favorites
• Quick Find

In addition to these, other tools are also available to facilitate design development.

 

 

View Menu

The View menu shows detailed information and specific tools related to the item selected in the 3D environment. It also offers quick access options to various tools, making it easier to edit and visualize the design.

 

 

Insert Menu

The Insert menu displays the insertion tools, which include:

• Insertion Direction, Alignment and Insertion Orientation of modulations
• Decorations
• Openings
• Other items

These tools make it easier to insert and organize components in the design.

 

 

Tools Menu

In the Tools menu, it is possible to use various presentation and editing tools, including:

• Image Viewer
• Rendering
• Edit Lights
• Dynamic View
• Real Scene AI (Beta)
• Promob Gallery

In addition, the menu offers listing and pricing tools such as:

• Budgets and Price Lists
• Manager

There is also a tool for editing texts and settings:

• Feature Configurator

In this menu, it is possible to access all of Promob's plugins.

 

 

 

Help Menu

In the Help menu, it is possible to view and access various information and services, including:

• Subscription Status
• Serial Number
• Contracts
• Central Promob
• Help Center
• Opening Solicitation
• Service Portal

In addition to these, the menu offers other services available for support and assistance.

 

 

User

In the upper right corner, the name of the user of the Portal account logged into Promob is displayed. To change user, simply click on the name and then click Logout. When reopening Promob, log in with the desired user account.

 

 

Modulation Catalogs

Clicking on the Catalogs menu displays the Modules library, divided into hierarchical levels. This allows quick and organized access to the modules available in the library.

 

 

Materials Catalogs

The Materials library is located next to the Modules library. This library is similar in function and organization to the Modulation library. It provides the user with all the materials available for application to design items such as floors, walls and geometries. External textures can be added to the design or can be added to Promob as favorites.

 

NOTE: To keep the Catalogs menu fixed, click on the option indicated .

 

 

Insertion Tools

Displays the tools related to inserting items into the 3D environment, such as:

• Organizer Modules
• Inserting Orientation
• Insert
• Quick Find
• Quick Replace

 

 

Tool Panel

The Tools - Properties menu is located on the right side of the screen, where it is possible to view the properties and tools available for the selected item in the 3D environment.

 

 

3D environment

Place where the design is created, that is, it is the space intended for the layout of the designed environments. Initially consisting of two walls and the floor.

 

Left side toolbar

It gathers functionalities and information necessary for the assembly of the design, such as:

• Extras Items
• Automatic Insert
• Module List
• Catalogs
• Render Queue - Real Scene 2.0

 

Document bar

In this bar, it is possible to access Promob's environments, including:

• Connect
• Connection P
• 3D Environment

On the right, all the client's design documents are available, such as:

• Environment
• Budgets
• Printing
• Rendered Images
• Extra documents (such as text files, sheets, etc.)

To access a document, simply click on it with the mouse. In the center, descriptions and information about a selected item in the 3D environment are displayed.
