How to create a Price Table
1. In the Tables Prices menu, click on the icon .
2. The Table Price Edition screen is displayed.
Initial Data
1. On the Table Price Edition screen, enter the identification, validity, and release data of the Table Price.
IMPORTANT: fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.
Description: Enter the name of the Table Price.
Active: When checked, this field indicates that the Price Table is active for use.
Start/End: Enter the Start and End date to indicate the validity period of the Price Table.
Status: Indicate whether the Table is released for use or under maintenance.
IMPORTANT: If the status is set to Maintenance, the Table will not be available for editing.
Release Date: It is the date when the table is released, and from that date, it is available for use.
Note: If there are multiple tables for the same period, the one with the most recent Release Date is used.
Release Time: The exact time when the table is released.
Display in Budget: Defines which Price Table information is displayed in the Promob budget. None, Description, Validity, or Description and Validity.
Has Priority: When checked, this field determines if the price table has priority over others, regardless of the release date.
Price Provider: For more information on using the provider field, contact 2020 Manager support.
Identifier: By filling in this field, the specific table is only released if the Promob user has knowledge of the identifier code to release it directly in Promob. This functionality is used when the retailer needs to switch between Price Tables.
Currency: Defines the currency used in the Price Table.
Decimal Places: Defines the precision of decimal places to be used.
Tag: The Tag field works as an additional description, facilitating the control and search for tables, especially in multi-brand manufacturers.
Observations: Field for observations.
2. After filling in the mandatory fields, the Save button becomes enabled.
