To use the Plugin PC7000:
1. Active the Plugin, for more information on purchasing the plugin, contact Promob.
2. Configure your plugin by going to the Main menu - Export Settings.
3. Access the tab Cutting Manager.
4. In the displayed window, access the Cutting Manager tab, click on Format4/Felder and select PC7000.
5. In the Configurator tab, define the desired PC700 plugin settings:
File
- Installation location of the cut Manager: indicate whether the Cut Manager installation directory is installed locally or networked.
- Cut Manager installation directory: Enter the directory where the cut manager is installed.
- File creation option: allows integration files to be generated separately by material, find out more here.

Maximum file name length: Enter the maximum number of characters for the integration file name. IMPORTANT:
- Use the value 0 to not limit the size of the file name;
- The minimum value for the number of characters is 5.
Remote
- Installation location of the cut Manager: indicate whether the Cut Manager installation directory is installed locally or networked.
- Remote path: Enter the remote path to the Cut Manager installation directory. IMPORTANT: In the Remote path field, enter the computer name of the disconnector.
- Cut Manager installation directory: Enter the directory where the cut manager is installed.

- In cases where the Felder installation directory is not entered in the Export Settings, the file will be saved in the directory indicated in the Location field on the Generate Documents screen.

In the Installation directory field, enter the full Felder installation path on the switch.

The computer's Local Disk (C:) must be shared for the remote path and local installation to work correctly.
Cutting Plan Configuration
- Cutting thickness: it defines the thickness of the saw, in millimeters, that makes the cut. This value must be the same as that registered in PC7000;
- Maximum Cut Length: defines the thickness of the internal trimming. If you specify 0, the cut plane will be generated without the trimming.
- Internal cutting thickness (mm): defines the thickness of the internal trimming. If you specify 0, the cut plane will be generated without the trimming.
- Allowed phases: defines the number of phases to be used in the cutting manager.
- Maximum machine allowed phases: defines the maximum number of phases allowed for the cut manager;
- Stacking Maximum(mm): defines the maximum measurement, in millimeters, of stacking sheets to make the cut;
Visualization
- Zero point in the plane: define the position of the zero point used by the manager.
Label
- Label editing: from version 1.2.5.15 onwards, a new functionality was made available for editing the information to be sent in the integration file, directed to the content of the labels. The information that can be customized refers to the item information that is on the file line started by the MA010 command, where the information separator is defined by the symbols §§.

To enable this feature, the following procedures are required:
1. In the Cut Manager settings, under Labels, enable the Print Part Labels option. This option will enable label printing for the manager.
2. Select the Labels tag.
3. Choose the columns you want to send information to the labels.
5. Expand the column to choose the tag related to this field:
6. Define which tag this column will replace in the label:
7. After selecting the columns and referencing the tags you want, click close. If the information is valid, it will be saved and sent to the integration file.
Observation
- The selected columns must have an associated tag, if not, a message appears when trying to save the information.
- The selected columns cannot have a tag that is already associated with another column selected; if this happens, a message appears when trying to save the information.
IMPORTANT:
- The cutting manager files will not be generated if the cut plan has been edited by moving parts.
- The label image path is generated in column 11, as specified by the manufacturer.
