What happens?
When activating Promob, the message This subscription reached the maximum number of activations within a certain time. It's not possible to continue. To activate this subscription, contact the Call Center of Promob is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the Promob Serial Number in question has already reached the maximum number of activations for a period of one year.
What to do?
1. Open a request to Promob Support for the situation to be verified.
