What happens?
When Promob is opened, the unconformity Failed to save file in the database. (PRO0174) - SQLiteException: System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException (0x80004005): SQL logic error or missing database is generated.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs in users who have the Manager One synchronization service out of date.
What to do?
Solution 1: Reinstall the Sync Service
- Access the menu Start – Control Panel – Programs – Programs and Features;
- Locate the Manager One Sync Service program;
- Right-click on the item and select the Uninstall option;
- Then go to the directory C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Apps (or type %localappdata% and then go to the Apps folder);
- Locate and remove the 2.0 folder;
- Open Promob;
- Installation of the Sync Service will be prompted automatically. If the installation does not start automatically, click here to install the service;
