What happens?
When accessing the Templates tool to change an item's template, it is not possible to view all levels of templates.
Why does it happen?
This computer is configured to have two monitors and when selecting the menus the rest of the options are being sent to the other monitor next to it.
It can be tested by reducing the Promob screen on the monitor, this way, when selecting the menus, the rest will be displayed.
What to do?
Ask the IT technician to configure the computer to support Windows monitors.
