What happens?
When using the mouse scroll in the 3D space, the zoom does not work and nothing happens.
Why does it happen?
The situation may occur because:
1. The mouse is not working properly;
2. Promob is stuck;
3. The video card is not responding to the command;
What to do?
Solution 1: restart Promob
1. Close Promob;
2. Run Promob again;
Solution 2: configure video card
1. Consult the Promob requirements and make sure your computer meets the recommended video card settings;
2. If you have an offboard video card, configure the video card to run Promob in high performance;
Solution 3: test mouse operation
1. Swap your computer mouse for another one and test the situation. If the situation is corrected, it means that the mouse driver or the mouse itself may be damaged;
Solution 4: contact promob Support
1. Open a solicitation reporting the situation, report the situation and wait for assistance.
