The update log file is analyzed to solve certain situations related to the Promob update and is formed by the date and time of the start of the Promob update. Example: pu_150811_093431.log. Where:
- 150811: on the contrary, the date of the log file - 11/8/15
- 093431: update start time - 09:34:31
To find the Promob Update log file:
IMPORTANT: only perform this procedure when requested by Promob Technical Support.
1. With Promob closed, access Local Disk (C:) \ Users \ login_username \ AppData \ Local \ Temp.
Or access the Windows Start menu and on Search programs and files type: %temp% and press Enter.
NOTE: The AppData folder is a hidden folder, if it is not already displayed click here;
2. Locate the text file with the log extension. If the file extension is not displayed click here.

3. Open a request to Promob Technical Support by attaching the Promob Update log file for verification.
