The situation occurs because Promob Update is downloading the Promob update files and the command executor does not find the files to be downloaded.
What to do?
1. Delete the temporary files from Promob Update
- Delete the temporary Promob Update files
- Update Promob again.
2. Run Promob as an administrator
- Run Promob as an administrator
- Update Promob again
- If the update was successful, request assistance from the computer technician to check the administrative permissions of the user logged in to Windows.
