In CNC Weeke cutter settings for model BHX055, there is a maximum length setting for cutter operations. In it, 800 mm is considered as the maximum length of a line.
The configuration can be accessed in CNC - CNC Settings - Weeke - BHX055 - Machine - Setup, in the Machining\Slots field in Maximum length of milling operations;
When exceeding the limit of 800 mm, the next line is continued. If the new line is shorter than three times the cutter diameter, the previous and new lines are added and divided in half.
EXAMPLE:
A line of 850 mm, with a limit of 800 mm and a mill of 20 mm in diameter.
Therefore, two lines of 415 mm are created, since 50 mm is less than 60 mm (3 times the mill diameter).
This functionality aims to avoid lines smaller than the mill diameter and avoid situations where the input, output and tool compensation settings are applied in a line so small that it ends up generating a result that does not match the machining register.
