When creating the custom fields, the AdditionalInformation tag will be added to the Promob ERP, DefaultERP and ERP Insight integration XML with this information.
IMPORTANT: All custom fields will be displayed in the integration XML.

The objective of this functionality is to allow the inclusion of additional customer information in the Promob ERP integration XML.
To access this functionality, follow the steps below:
1. Access the Integrators/Promob ERP menu.
2. When creating a Promob ERP integration, the new tag XML CUSTOMERADDITIONALINFORMATION must be included in it. This tag allows the inclusion of additional information related to the project or specific to the client. This information can be divided into two types:
- ADDITIONAL FIELDS: Information registered for each project.
- CUSTOMER DATA: This is the information filled in on Connect (address, telephone, e-mail...) that is common to all the customer's projects.
To register Customer Data or Additional Information, follow the procedures described below:
2. If there is additional information to be registered, register it and click Save.
3. After saving the information in Connect, the project must also be saved in Promob.
