IMPORTANT: To link an existing negotiation to a new process, it is important to add the Open negotiation action to the activity task.
1. Access an activity task that has the Open Negotiation action.
2. Click on Link.
3. A window with the options New negotiation and Select existing negotiation is displayed.
The option New negotiation, follows the same previous functionality, where a new negotiation is opened and automatically linked to the activity task. This action completes the task.
The option Select existing negotiation, has a field to select the desired negoriation, if the activity process has a selected Prospect, the field is limited to negotiations of the respective Prospect.
When selecting the negotiation and clicking on save, the system creates the link with the activity process and completes the task that has the Link negotiation action. If the process does not have a prospect selected and has a task action such as Link Prospect, the system automatically links the negotiation prospect to the process and completes the task.
For the process of activities that have actions of tasks of the type, Link Sales Order and Link Purchase Order, links will automatically be created from existing orders and existing purchase orders to these tasks. In case of more than one order for a negotiation, new branches of the process are created.
