1. Access the Negotiation - Proposal phase.
2. Configure the negotiation steps between the Environments, Payment Conditions, Financial, Payment Terminals, Operations and Calculated Values tabs.
After the sale converted and the contract generated, we have the possibility to adjust the deflated value of it, according to the value returned by the finance company.
After changing the deflated amount when necessary, the negotiation can now be approved for the generation of securities in the financial sector, to effect financial approval.
IMPORTANT: The user must have permission to perform financial approval.
In the review stage it is possible to update the environments by importing the project files.
Changes to values from this update are displayed on the Review tab.
If the updating of the projects resulted in an increase in values, it is possible to have a new negotiation with the difference.
The responsible option defines what value will be considered for the creation of the new trade:
Customer = Sale difference
Company, Employee = Cost difference
When saving, a new trade is created with an indication that it originated from another trade.
