When generating programs for Nesting machines, files are generated listing the programs for the parts, with each file referring to a different material, as well as its thickness and vein.
IMPORTANT: The name of the Nesting file is generated based on the reference of the model used in the parts, so it is important to point out that parts of different models, MUST NOT contain the same references, because if two parts of different models in the environment, also coincide in thickness and type of vein, it will not be possible to separate the listings in two files.
Examples
For the examples, two pieces of two different models were considered, registered as explained below:
Correct Registration Example:
Model 1 |
Model 2 |
File: Each piece is properly listed in a different file.
- Model 1
- Model 2
Incorrect registration example:
Model 1 |
Model 2 |
File: The two parts appear in the same file, which can cause problems, because the models are different, but they are produced in plates of different materials.
