To recover the Promob Services Portal password:
1. Access the Promob Support Portal, and click Enter In to connect the account.
2. Click on Forgot your password?
3. Enter the access e-mail and click on Recover Password;
4. The message Check in the e-mail informed the instructions to set a new password is displayed;
5. Access the email box and check for an e-mail with the Reset Password subject. Read the information in the e-mail and click on the link;
6. Enter the new password and click on Save.
