To add a new commission processing, access the CRM - Commissions menu. After click on the icon to start.
1st stage - Period
Period: determine the start and end date of the processing where the converted and approved trades will be processed within that period.
Responsible for Sources: the negotiation will be generated only for the selected collaborators.
Rule: commissions for selected occupations will be processed.
Sources to Load: select the source that will be selected in the processing of commissions between: Negotiations, Opportunities and Installations, to specify whether the commission will be processed from a negotiation or sales opportunity generated in CRM. Or if it will be done from an installation linked to the App 2020 Installer
2nd Stage - Sources
The negotiations and opportunities that will compose the commission calculation will be listed.
1. To remove negotiations/ nd or opportunities from the calculation, select the Remove icon.
3rd Step - Validation
It will be validated if there is any adjustment to be made for the correct processing of commissions, in Message will be displayed notifications about the validation.
4th Stage - Processing
In the processing stage, it is possible to view the opportunities and negotiations, remove processing and discount advances already paid to the employee.
5th Stage - Generation of titles
Titles for the payment of commissions will be generated. In this step, it is necessary to inform the due date, document number, type and expected bank.
6th stage - Summary
In this stage, a summary of the titles referring to the commissions will be generated.
1. Click Generate so that the securities are generated in the financial.
IMPORTANT: The generated commissions are recorded for consultation.
