Check below the structure of the files and folders generated when generated by Nesting programs.
Files
Example file structure, example generated with the Pratika 320 Plugin:
BMP_LabelsImages: intended for images of shapes.
PGM_Nesting: intended for programs that will be used in the assembly of the Nesting plan, containing only those operations that are possible to be done in Nesting. This folder also includes CSV files, which detail all the programs by type of material.
PGM_Parts: intended for normal programs, where there are no Nesting restrictions, as if the programs were generated without the selected Nesting option.
PGM_Profile: intended for programs with operations that could not be done in Nesting. Example: the shape below has drill on the profile faces, the slot and the two drill on the top face will come out in the XCS_Nesting folder program, and consequently the drills in the profile faces will come out in the programs in the XCS_Profile folder. Importantly, programs in the Profile folder start counting from A, not B. (LAT0006A)
Generate finished shapes
The function of this option, when generating Nesting programs if there are any of the operations of the part that cannot be done in Nesting, no operation will be done in the Nesting program, and only the contour of the shape is done.
For example: in the piece above where we have profile drillings and drillings on the top face, the profile drillings will not be done in the Nesting program, so none of the operations on the top face will be done in the XCS_Nesting folder program, and the XCS_Profile folder program will have besides the profile face operations, the operations on the top face.
.CSV File
The csv can contain various types of information, usually by default, has 3 columns assigned to the programs, as shown below. These columns refer to the programs that need to be done after Nesting, so in these columns the programs displayed are the programs in the XCS_Profile folder.
So that, the label generated for each piece has the code of the programs to complement the piece and do all operations, if all operations are done in Nesting itself this field will be displayed empty, because there are no more operations that need to be done .
