To create a process flow, we will start by commenting that the process can be different in each store, but in summary the service is the same. In the example below, we will perform the tasks for the first activity, which is receiving the customer.
In this example, we perform three tasks in the Customer receiving activity. The first, created by the client, the second, the interview, and the third, the measurement schedule. The automatic actions of each task will help us to open the customer's registration, the questionnaire and the agenda. After completing all mandatory tasks, the next activity is released for execution.
The second activity is the negotiation and we will do it on the Negotiation screen. This screen is divided into stages. As we can see, we are at the Project stage. It is at this stage that we will import Promob's Budget XML, saved anywhere on your computer.
On the left, we have the negotiation stage and customer data, as well as the possibility to link a Specifier related to the project. This specifier will have the defined percentage added to the Promob XML value and can be created either by employees, prospects or suppliers.
In the rest of the screen we have information related to the project that will be imported, and the history of this negotiation, which changes with each stage we are in.
To import a negotiation design, we will use the import icon, as shown below.
For the next step, we must change the negotiation stage to Negotiation - Proposal. This step is responsible for providing the sales price to the customer, printing personalized documents and winning or losing the deal.
Note: Any changes made to the trade that influence the trading value, will appear, below the client, Non-Updated Values, where the trading values must be updated.
In the proposal the screen is changed to negotiate. The negotiation value is shown at the top, where we can change it to a defined value (2020 Manager will give a discount to reach the amount entered manually). Additionally, we can include a percentage discount in the field beside. We still have the closing forecast date that shows the values in management reports. In the tabs, we have the Payment Condition tabs (where we inform the condition, the form, and we can give discounts), the Payment Terminals, to include credit / debit card fees, and the Financials tab, to include fees financial
After adding a payment condition previously registered in Payment Conditions and updating the amount, we can then include a Payment Terminal, or Financial, as we wish. After updating the value again, 2020 Manager will present the final value and if we want to print a document, we can click on the Budgetat the top of the screen to print the System's standard budget.
The buttons below the client, Win or Lost are used to win or lose the trade. If we lose, the process ends at this point. If we mark it as a win, we can print the contract and continue the activities process.
The next stage is that of Financial Approval, which checks the values and signatures of the documentation. To approve, we will enter the calculated values tab.
