Qualifying a customer means aligning your portfolio with your prospecting and selling expectations. When qualifying a customer, we will create an instance for this customer and inform if it has potential or is discarded. To qualify a customer:
1. With the customer registered, access the CRM - Qualification menu.
2. Find and select the customer you want to qualify.
3. Click Qualify.
4. In the edit screen, select one of the following options: it has potential, future potential or discarded. After inform the type of occurrence and what the occurrence. If necessary, attach files.
