The Sales Funnel or Pipeline is a way to measure and categorize the progress of negotiations. This feature allows us to view the store's portfolio as the negotiation with the customer is advanced.
Add a sales funnel
1. To create the sales funnel, click add .
2. Enter the description for the new sales funnel.
3. Add the necessary steps from the sales funnel. It can be as many steps as necessary. After click Save.
Edit an existing sales funnel
1. Locate the sales funnel you want to edit and click me Go to registration .
2. In the open screen, it is possible to edit the funnel description information, whether it is the store's standard or not and its situation. In addition to this information, we also have the option to edit or add the steps that will be displayed in the funnel.
3. To save your changes, click Save.
