To send the *.bak to Promob:
IMPORTANT: only perform this procedure when requested by Promob Technical Support.
Promob version 5.38
1. Locate the directory where the deisgn is saved;
2. In the directory, locate the file with the same name as the design, but with the *.bak extension. IMPORTANT: if the file extension is not visible, it will be the file with the same name as your design, but which cannot be executed (usually it has a white icon);
3. After locating the design file with the *.bak extension, open a solicitation to Promob Support attaching the file to be verified.
Promob version 5.60
Version 1.0 of Connect
Designs created in version 5.60 (version 1.0 of Connect) are saved directly to the cloud, that is, the synchronization of changes is done through the internet connection and not locally.
The design backup file, by default from Promob, is saved in the temp folder of Promob, and it is not sent to the cloud.
Backup will be automatically saved every 5 minutes if Promob is idle during this period. The system is idle when you are not interacting with Promob, that is, when you are not using mouse and keyboard to design.
Version 2.0.18 of Connect
As of version 2.0.18 of Connect (from version 5.60), designs are only saved in the cloud. Not enabling the Save As... option
However, there is the possibility to export a design from the cloud to the machine through the Export Design tool. Thus, in the location chosen to save the exported design, a *.bak file will be generated.
