When you access the license renewal page, the license is not available for renewal.
The situation may occur because it has already been renewed, because it is suspended by the manufacturer because it has been canceled, or the user is accessing a different account.
1. Go to Promob Services Portal and select the Licenses - Manage Licenses menu;
2. Check license Status:
If the license is suspended by the factory:
- Check the reason given and for more information, contact the manufacturer itself.
- After the manufacturer releases the license, it may be renewed.
If the license is canceled:
- Contact Promob Support to verify the reason.
3. Verify that the account you accessed is the correct account.
- To do this, click on the account name in the upper right corner;
- In My Accounts, locate the correct account.
