Situation
When opening Promob generated machine programs, operations are mirrored in Xilog Maestro, as follows:
- In the technical drawing:
- In the open program at Maestro:
Cause
This is because the version of Maestro selected in the machine configuration in the CNC setup window does not match the correct version of Xilog Maestro installed on the computer.
Correction
1. In the window of configuration of the CNCs, locate the configuration of the machine and verify the version of the master selected in the field System of integration. The option are:
- Genio
- Maestro
- Maestro com Etiqueta
- Maestro versão 1.00.014 or superior
- Maestro cm etiqueta versão 1.00.014 or superior
2. Check the version of Maestro installed on the computer. To do this, locate the Maestro About menu.
3. Select in the Machine configuration the Maestro version corresponding to the installed version.
